The firm provides legal consultancy services to different clients on different areas of the law.
KTK Advocates has offered legal advice to various clients on the Employment Act, as well as dealing with employment related disputes. We provide legal services and direction to employers and employees on contracts, collective bargaining, employment policies, workplace safety, workmen’s compensation and pensions, termination of employment contracts, wages and benefits among other employment and labour relations issues.
KTK has expertise in Environmental Law matters pertaining to issues of concern to the environment and protecting of natural resources. We offer legal services in environmental law and its related aspects on clean water, pollution of soil, air or water and depletion of oil.
KTK offers advice and legal solutions on Immigration Law matters to both corporate and individual clients, most especially on processing and obtaining work permits.
The Firm has undertaken the following legal assignments, in this practice area, among others, in the last few years:
- Handling immigration and employments matters for TradeMark East Africa and Dalberg.
- Provision of legal advisory services in relation to employment matters to, amongst other clients; University of Nairobi and Sameer Africa.
