Wanja S. Gitau

About the Advocate

Wanja is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 10 years post admission experience in the practice of law.

She joined KTK Advocates in 2008 where she has risen to now lead the Firm’s Corporate and Securities Law team within the Corporate & Commercial Law Department. Wanja is responsible for directing and supporting a wide range of legal transactions, preparing and perfecting complex agreements and also mentoring and supervising members of her team.

Wanja is the holder of a Master of Science degree in Management & Organizational Development from the United States International University – Africa, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. In addition, she is also a Certified Mediator, Certified Secretary (CS –K), a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.

Before joining the Firm, she worked as a Legal Officer with Delta Corporation (EA) Ltd and at the firm of Njoroge Regeru and Company Advocates where she also undertook her pupillage.
