The Firm has undertaken the following legal assignments, in this practice area, among others, in the last few years:
- Provision of legal advisory services to Kenya Power on credit facility agreements with the World Bank and Agence Francaise de Development (AFD).
- Provision of legal advisory services to negotiate, prepare and perfect security documentation to secure Co-operative Bank of Kenya’s lending to Two Rivers Development Limited for the construction of the on going commercial development known as Two Rivers Mall.
- Provision of legal advisory services to negotiate, prepare and perfect security documentation to secure KCB Bank Kenya’s lending to Savannah Cement Limited for the construction a cement manufacturing plant.
- Representing the KCB Bank Kenya in take-over proceedings for a facility to the County for KES 3 Billion.
