We represent major corporations ranging from various sectors including construction and engineering, insurance, education, energy and infrastructure and financial institutions. The team has an excellent track record, with almost 100% success rate with litigation and dispute resolution matters.

The Firm has undertaken the following legal assignments, in this practice area, among others, in the last few years:

1. Representing Pan-Africa Builders & Contractors Ltd in arbitration proceedings arising out of breach of contract and obtaining an arbitral award of KES. 600 Million in favour of our Client.
2. Representing the University of Nairobi in arbitration proceedings arising out of termination of a contract worth KES 2 Billion.
3. Representing the County of Nairobi in proceedings to recover KES 62 Billion from the Department of Defence resulting from appropriation of County land.
