About the Advocate

Donald is the holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Before founding the Firm, he worked at the firm of Wetangula & Company Advocates and undertook his pupillage at Nyairo & Company Advocates.

Donald was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 1992. He is a founding partner of KTK Advocates and holds the position of Managing Partner and is also the Commercial Litigation Lead within the Litigation Department at the Firm.

With over 25 years in practice, Donald has a wealth of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, an exceptional track record with Commercial Litigation and is a registered Patent Agent, as well as a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. His other areas of specialization include:
